Frank Johnson joined the Hilliard Education Foundation Board in 2024 and serves on the Grants and Scholarships committees.

 

A Hilliard resident since 2015, Frank actively volunteers for Hoffman Trails Elementary PTO and coaches youth sports. He enjoys exploring Hilliard with his wife, Rachel, and their twin daughters, Jemma and Peyton.

 

Frank is a Division Director in the federal government with experience in both the public and private sectors, including teaching high school business classes in Northern Virginia. He holds a master’s in business education from Hofstra University and a bachelor’s in business administration from Temple University.

 

As a former educator, Frank values the dedication of Hilliard City Schools’ teachers and staff. Frank is committed to supporting the District in creating innovative classroom experiences and positive learning environments for all students.
