Foundation Star Award Winners

Each year at either our annual board dinner or fundraising event we recognize “stars” who have been instrumental to the work of the foundation.

A School Star is, or was, a district employee, or group of employees who exhibited exemplary service, dedication and commitment to furthering the mission of the Foundation, and hence, the school system. This support of the Foundation has been demonstrated by attending or actively participating in HEF events, or by executing grants that represent the core values of the Hilliard Education Foundation.

A Foundation Star is, or was, a volunteer or Board Member, or group, (district members are not exempt) who exhibited exemplary service, dedication and commitment to furthering the mission of the Foundation, and hence, the school system. This dedication to the Foundation has been demonstrated by their past participation and support of HEF board activities and/or HEF events.

A Community Star is, or was, an individual, group or business who was neither a volunteer or district employee, but who has exhibited dedication and commitment to furthering the mission of the Foundation, and hence, the school system. This commitment to the Foundation has been recognized by financial support of HEF activities or events, and/or contributions of volunteer time and efforts.
